JSW’s compounding twin-screw extruder (TEX) has more than 70% market share in Japan. Our market share for high-end compounding applications is almost 100% with higher durability and higher compounding technology such as dispersion mixing, distribution mixing, elongation mixing, devolatilization, dewatering and chemical reaction.

JSW Technical Center is open for performance trials using your materials on our TEX44alpha with LIW gravimetric feeders ,vacuum pump and pelletizing ( Strand Cut and Under Water Cut) systems. We have an exceptional amount of process expertise, and world-class process engineer onsite to help with all of our customers needs.

The technical center was relocated from Indianapolis to Novi, Michigan the U.S. in 2006 to boost our sales. And TEX28V as a lab extruder was set up in our facility at the same time. In 2008, our TEX44Alpha2 extruder was modified to longer L/D (L/D=77) to be able to conduct reaction process trials. In 2011, our extruders and equipments were upgrade so that we can conduct devolatilization and dewatering trials. JSW has the trial capabilities for devolatilization and dewatering at both Novi, MI the U.S. and Hiroshima, Japan.

JSW's Polymer Processing Technology Development Center in Hiroshima is one of the world's leading plastics processing research facilities in the world. The Extrusion Division at the technology center in Hiroshima Japan has more than 14 extruders installed; this allows us to perform a wide variety of trials for production and product development.

Applications, Throughput and Delivery Experience need to be listed ABOVE Control System, NIC Barrel and Degassing Cylinder since general items go before detailed items-at present the list is mixed up. Also, on the right-hand side navigation bar, "Throughput" needs to be corrected since presently it says "Throu".
