JSW is strengthening our global presence by developing the North American compounding extruder market with a full and permanent program. JSW has asked Marubeni to assist in this program as an extension of their 2 decades of cooperation in worldwide extruder sales, and the JSW Marubeni Compounding Technical Center was opened in Indiana April 2003. And as a satellite office of Marubeni America Corporation (US subsidiary of Marubeni Corp.) JSW COMPOUNDING TECHNICAL CENTER was opened in Indiana April 2003. Marubeni America Corp. is principally responsible for the sales of JSK extruders in US market.

Services include technical support and parts for existing JSW extruders, testing and advising for customer product process development, supply of twin-screw extruders, feeders, pelletizers, control systems, and after-sales support and parts. Additionally we can provide full turnkey project scope, from engineering to construction and commissioning. From base steel material and gearbox manufacturing, to ancillary equipment and facility preparation, JSW can provide a full package with integration and performance guarantees.

JSW has finished development of our newest generation Twin Screw Extruder, the TEX-V series. The TEX-V has the same design concept as the previous TEX alfa-2 series, with higher Do/Di ratio and ultra high torque.
